Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through two primary channels:

 

• Books are printed through Mixam and shipped directly by me. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing and shipping after your order is placed.

• Merchandise (such as shirts, stickers, etc.) is fulfilled and shipped by Printful, a trusted third-party print-on-demand service. Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and product, but most items ship within 5–10 business days.

 

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards at checkout. Payments are processed securely to ensure a smooth and safe transaction experience.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, all sales are final. Since each item is made-to-order, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@studiomerkurii.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to make it right.

 

Preorders

For certain book releases and exclusive merch drops, preorder options may be available. Shipping timelines for preorders will be clearly communicated on the product page.
